Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the view of Central Park is truly stunning and the service was outstanding, with staff going the extra mile for us. On the other hand, some aspects like the room's comfort and the handling of coffee pods were disappointing. The location is fantastic but the dining experience left something to be desired.
The hotel boasts a stunning location with breathtaking views, particularly of the park. While the rooms are spacious and clean, they do show signs of aging and wear. The service was exceptional, but I was disheartened by the lack of upgrades and the high prices. Overall, it’s a mix of beauty and disappointment, particularly due to the facilities needing improvement.
I had an incredible experience at this hotel, with exceptional service, beautiful views, and top-notch amenities. The spacious rooms were luxurious and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The dining options were great, especially the breakfast, although the wait could be a bit long. While prices are on the higher side, the overall experience made it worth every penny.
I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and overall, it was a delightful experience! The rooms, while cozy, did feel a bit cramped, especially for the price I paid. However, the views and cozy atmosphere made it worth it. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. On the downside, I did find the elevator and some common areas in need of a refresh. Overall, if you can handle the price tag, it’s an experience worth having.
I had an amazing stay at the Mandarin Oriental where the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, especially on our elopement day. The location was excellent, just across from Central Park, and we loved the spectacular room views. However, the experience was somewhat marred by issues with service, such as being charged for mini bar items I didn't take and restrictions on coffee pods in the room. Overall, it's a luxurious stay, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.
My stay had its highlights, with attentive staff and lovely room features, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The location was convenient, near Central Park, which was a plus. However, I was extremely disappointed with the food at the hotel lounge and the overall service during my visit, which impacted my overall impression.
