Mandarin Oriental, New York Hotel, New York City

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, with exceptional service, beautiful views, and top-notch amenities. The spacious rooms were luxurious and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The dining options were great, especially the breakfast, although the wait could be a bit long. While prices are on the higher side, the overall experience made it worth every penny.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and overall, it was a delightful experience! The rooms, while cozy, did feel a bit cramped, especially for the price I paid. However, the views and cozy atmosphere made it worth it. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. On the downside, I did find the elevator and some common areas in need of a refresh. Overall, if you can handle the price tag, it’s an experience worth having.

I had an amazing stay at the Mandarin Oriental where the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, especially on our elopement day. The location was excellent, just across from Central Park, and we loved the spectacular room views. However, the experience was somewhat marred by issues with service, such as being charged for mini bar items I didn't take and restrictions on coffee pods in the room. Overall, it's a luxurious stay, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.
