Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the view of Central Park is truly stunning and the service was outstanding, with staff going the extra mile for us. On the other hand, some aspects like the room's comfort and the handling of coffee pods were disappointing. The location is fantastic but the dining experience left something to be desired.
